Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return request window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the exact condition received
  • Unused, unopened, and untampered with
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Return requests must be approved in writing before any item is sent back.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Leaked, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The item(s)
  • The inner packaging
  • The outer shipping box

Once verified, we will offer, at our discretion, a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
Claims submitted outside this timeframe or without supporting documentation may not be eligible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Perishable goods, including all food products, once opened or used
  • Items that have been opened, consumed, or altered
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If a replacement is approved due to damage or leakage, it will be processed separately.
For all other cases, approved returns must be completed before placing a new order.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

This right does not apply to perishable food items once opened or used.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected, unless the refund is approved under the Damaged, Leaked, or Incorrect Items section above.

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
